    YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE THIS!
Lost my luggage when I was on the bus (GREYHOUND) coming back from Cali mad months ago. Well check this out, I get a call from the bus station and they said they found my ish! So I went down there to go get it, thinking fools probably done went thru my goods like it was for the free pickings. Also let me remind you I had some butter records I pick up at a second hand store and some joints from a local record dealer Dusty Moe in the cut. Get this yo, all my stuff was in tack. Nothing was jack or smashed up. You can imagine how happy I was. All my cloths and the records I pick up was some tight butter joints, so I had to put together some extra new fat beats for the movement. Word yo, as we move.

    Love is Love
    Whats up,
Got back from a show last night. It was love, so I had to work on a rhyme and a beat. It seems that I just can't stop doing this. It's like I have an addiction for beats and rhymes. You would think that out of all the years that I have been doing this I would have just quit. Especially how the game is, puppet mc's, misguided images, exaggerated lifestyles, you know what I'm saying. All glitter is not gold. See, just like Mos Def said, "ask your self what are you doing for Hip Hop?" Me I'm going to keep grinding and giving it my all until the day that I move to the next. If you with me just stay up on the new fire I'm about to drop. Thats my word.

    Grind Date
Last night was a true representation of how you get down. Whoever missed last nights show I feel bad for you. It was out of control. The line up was ridiculous (Samir, Aja, Iseer, Butta Verses, Dres from the Black Sheep and De La Soul). The crowd was like family. Thats how its suppose to be. For those of you who came out love is love. As long as I can step on stage and rep for true hip hop heads, its a done deal everytime. I connected with a lot of great people. Also I like to give shouts to Radio Bums DJ Chonz, Francois and Kingdom from KS 107.5 they was in the building like G's. As we move.
Get ready for that new Distraktions!!!!!

I can relate to this joint. This hustle sometimes can be stressful, bugged out shows, bugged out cats period, but the love I got for the music keeps me charged like an energizer. I rocked a show last night for a few heads. It was cool; the crowd showed love made a few bills. Don't get me wrong it could be one head in the club and I'll still rock it like it's a packed out venue. Well I'm bout to bounce and go write this rhyme and construct a beat or two while I'm in this state of mine.

    Travels
Got back from Boulder last night. Traveling back and forth from Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs has been positive and has help push the movement. Going back up today for a show at the Walnut Room with One Be Lo, Liquid Elements and Mid Coast Most. With the struggle to bring my name and game to the stage and scene, it's clear that the bottom line is you get back what you put in. I'm lovin the love.
Denver heads come check me tonight at the Walnut Room located @ 3131 Walnut St. Denver, CO 80201

    One Be Lo & Distrakt
Last couple of nights of shows have been off the hook. One Be Lo rock the crowd to banana mode and Mid Coast Most, Illfluent kept the people wanting more. Me, did my job. Lost my voice a little bit. Still had to rock the show regardless. Driving back and forth gets a little tiring, but all jokes aside I love this ish. Its you that keeps me charged and doing this. Dj Kcutz is out of control. He's holding me down on this tour. He's mad nice yo. Go check him.

Respect people, you know I have to talk about last night. It was another jump off. The art work that was in the joint was right on target. They also had an auction that had some paintings that was unbelievable. Gwin Coleman from The Funktion Flux Project was awesome. She pulled together so many different styles and personalities and got them all under one roof. Hats off to you girl. Go check the site

    Show/Benefit/On the Road
Last nights show in Boulder was crazy. For the people that showed up they got a treat.
DJ KB started the evening off with some head knockers. Sovereign Solilik debut some hot new songs off his solo work. Working Class also smashed the evening with new banging material. DJ Prominent closed the evening up with some banana unheard fire mixes. I did my thing to the fullest. I give thanks to the most high. I met up with some cool peoples that turned me on to this benefit show for Free The Slaves. Saul Williams (dope poet, MC, Slam movie credit) will be performing with special guests April 14th at the Boulder Theater. For more info go to www.freetheslaves.net
It's an all ages show. I'm getting ready for Florida. I'll let yall know how it turns out. Respect.

    Beats, Cinemas and Shows
I just finished a beat on the ASR that keeps ringing in my head. I already started to write to it, but I'm tired so I'm going to lay it down and get at it tomorrow. Early to rise is the time to make moves. In this case I only have about 4 hours of sleep to get. Have yall seen that movie Circle Of Iron? Bruce Lee inspired and co-wrote this martial arts epic of savage action, beauty and fantasy. David Carradine (Kill Bill vol. 1 & 2) stars in it. It's swift. Peep it. Hope to see yall this weekend at the Dark Horse in Boulder. Working Class, DJ Prominent and me will represent for all you hip hop junkies.

    Album In Progress
Day to day moves are being made. Its a lot of work, booking shows, video shoot, beats, rhymes, studio time and meetings, but i'm loving every minute. Everything is coming together like it should. From time to time I'll get into the studio and record a few songs and go back listen to the new stuff and keep some songs and drop a few cuts. Some of my peoples be screaming on me saying why did you get rid of that one joint and I say I have something else brewing.I'm working on several songs a day. Me and my man Yuki in Japan is working also on a collaboration EP. We're both handling the rhymes and production. The process of the collaboration is similar to The Foreign Exchange group (Phonte of Little Brother & Nicolay from Netherlands). As we move.
    Respect Yall.
